The People Behind The Success
In 2004, Bobby was offered the opportunity to enter the sales and marketing field in a door-knocking, person to person endeavor that demanded nothing more than internal drive for success. Young but ambitious, at the age of 18 Bobby embraced the challenge and put in the time 6 days a week, sometimes long hours, but always with a positive outlook. Eventually this hard work developed into managing and mentoring his own sales and marketing team, and by 2013 achieved the dream of establishing his own corporation, Phoenix Marketing and Advertising with its flagship office in central Massachusetts. Building on that success, Phoenix expanded throughout the region to CT, RI, AZ, and later California and Delaware. As a leader, Bobby’s mission has been to empower and inspire others to reach for and achieve their own goals, no matter how humble their starting point. Personal success, however, is not the only benefit to hard work in the field. What Bobby finds most rewarding is the opportunity for Phoenix Marketing to give back to the community through support and sponsorship of a variety of service and educational organizations. Bobby lives in central Massachusetts with his wife and three daughters.

Tiffany started her career at PMA in June of 2023 after honorably serving for five years as a US Navy Hospital Corpsman. Tiffany’s skills were quickly channeled into supporting the growth and development of each office as the Director of Operations. She is an integral part of ensuring that each PMA office runs smoothly, attending to critical details while managing the rapid growth and expansion of PMA firm locations. Her leadership style reflects her military background, with a focus on discipline, accountability, and building strong, reliable systems for growth. Tiffany is passionate about helping the company expand while maintaining a culture of teamwork and excellence. Tiffany lives in central Massachusetts with her two daughters.

Sophia began her career with Phoenix Marketing and Advertising in 2019 in Boston, where she quickly became an essential part of the company’s operations. With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications from the University of Cambridge, she brings a strong technical and analytical background that she has successfully applied to her administrative and financial responsibilities at Phoenix. In her role, Sophia oversees payroll and account management, ensuring the financial side of the business runs seamlessly. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and dedication to precision allow the rest of the team to focus on growth and client success. She has found a true passion for the administrative side of the business, where her work behind the scenes contributes directly to Phoenix’s continued expansion and stability. Outside of work, Sophia enjoys reading, shopping, and spending quality time with family and friends. Her balance of professional excellence and personal warmth makes her a valued leader and an integral member of the Phoenix team.
